Years and years of practise
... Well - not quite. But twice a week I was already on for the 20th running Tengelmann June exercise. I'm "only" registered for 5 km walking, but twice a week a little more movement can not do any harm in general. Today I had
but a dermatologist appointment in which a nevus was removed because he could possibly be dysplastic. Which was then sewn patches on it - and now I can drive a week is not sport and should preferably not sweat. Funny ... where But just the summer has broken. But good. On Sunday I was able to bargain down the Doc, for there is at the next training. Wednesday or Thursday I would have wished otherwise - but good.
But I've now bought some new running things after I (went to almost 30 ° just no trousers ...) on Sunday with a cut-off sweatpants total dorstfeldig looked (no offense intended). So there was a short black running shorts - from the men's department - where else can you find XXXL ... and where else is not size XXXL. 46 ;-)
given there was a bright red running shirt (pants and shirt by Nike), an arm band for the iPhone (the first one that fits around my upper arm ...) and some Socks. (@ Dom: Yes, I'll throw it away three pairs of others ;-))
In principle, it is on 20 yes to anything, but it's just my first competition. I have set myself a goal only to run under 50 minutes - if the weather runner-friendly (. Dry and 20-max 25 °).
