Actually, yes only Diäko moment - but this evening:
Tasty Burger (a "normal" veggie patty, a corn-Burger, the two delicious relish by Aldi, curry and chili), delicious bread with delicious dips ( cream cheese with tuna and peppers) and a half-pike dumplings, served with delicious alcoholic gabs Alsterwasser (made of Holsten and flirting 0% of Aldi Süd).

;-) After I schonmal at 110, x was the beginning of March, it went steadily uphill again, because I count the points probably still do thus. After Easter I was at 115.4, which was very ugly. So I made last week Tuesday, the three days of detoxification Diäko (which I love, as more and go a few pounds - although at first Water line, but hey, like I have too much anyway). Brought proud 4,5 kg - and then the Hamburg weekend came with coffee (chocolate cake and mini-cream puffs), dinner with my parents (pasta, tomato sauce, grated cheese and fried king prawns - delicious!) Brunch at Anya's birthday, coffee and cake by Heiko and Lady and the good (?) Finally, a divine Joey's BBQ pizza (basic pizza with BBQ sauce, red onions, corn and mozzarella). So I started on Monday with 113.6 kg in the new program Diäko (green food).

It is expensive (around 10 € a day), but when I watch so in my closet, overflowing with things I too small - there is not much about what fits me right now. Two jeans from Aldi, which I've now bought yet to have anything at all, and a black jeans that is too short to really shake up and carry only as 3/4-Hose in it. And piles of pants and shirts that look only at 100 again "unwurstig. So when I consider whether I am now the next almost three months with Diäko continue feeding, the first sounds like a lot of money, but I would have to eat anyway - it costs a minimum of 5 € a day - then it would still 450 €. But I could dress certainly new - but I want it? No.

So I hope that things continue is - though of course a bit slower, I will not remove every week 4 kg or more (yes were now only four days) - but if I create 1 kg per week, I'm here for my birthday UHU - and indeed would be something; -)

iPhone app, I could more than expected by the Radio Hamburg Top 821 (the only true Easter Mega-Hit-Marathon) to hear that has attended one of many highlights.

leak was on Easter Sunday brunch at the Stop Road in Munster. Dortmund was unfortunately ausreserviert early, but sooo much it's not to Munster. Dom did not know where to go because it was an Easter surprise. Lustig, therefore, that he knew was that we drive about an hour - and as I turned on the Ossenbrink he muttered, "but the Road Stop all I need no lesson" (for non-insiders: the Ossenbrink is the shortest distance from us to the Road Stop Dortmund, but also the shortest way to the A1 north). Another highlight was certainly the most delicious food that has pleased my palate for ages - I was still in the restaurant almost hit ;-) It started with enthusiasm but with a greeting from the kitchen (pumpernickel with carrot mousse and watercress ) and a soup (beef broth with vegetables and shredded pancake), both of which was rather unspectacular.

But then: Let's see if I pull it all together: salmon slices with saffron-Pernod foam, spinach and a rice timbale (which had fallen apart, even before I could see what a timbale ;-)) with a delicious sauce, which I would define as hollandaise with red peppercorns. This was a poem!

was for dessert honey cream with cherries, strawberries and plums. Yummy!

Sunday night and Monday afternoon we have "Manhattan" played - that was a lot of fun, and I realized again how much I play. Something should happen more often. You would need a time

Easter then sounded on the sofa with the last songs of the Top 821 and watched the game via Internet Dusseldorf-Pauli.
